By purchasing or using Scribomatic, you agree to the following terms. Scribomatic is provided by Manicgrin Media Ltd.

Licence

When you purchase Scribomatic, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on your own devices. There is no limit on the number of devices you may install it on for your own use.

Ownership of your work

Everything you write in Scribomatic belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over your content. Your files are stored locally on your machine and are never transmitted to us.

Payment and refunds

Scribomatic is a one-time purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If you are unsatisfied with the software, contact hello@manicgrin.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Updates

Your purchase includes free updates to the current major version of Scribomatic. We reserve the right to charge for future major versions, but you will always retain access to the version you purchased.

No warranty

Scribomatic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure reliability, we are not liable for data loss or any damages arising from use of the software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
